<p>BTW, I just finished Carr&#8217;s brilliant and terrifying &#8220;<a href="http://www.nightofthegun.com/">Night of the gun</a>.&#8221;  Adjectives don&#8217;t do it justice, so I&#8217;ll just say my heart pounded and ached throughout. </p>
